Scratch Build Mini Cessna

I decided that with the fields disappearing, i would probably have to go into mini planes for smaller fields. here's what i came out with:

Wing span: 600mm
Length: 560 mm
AUW: 150 grams
Motor: hk 1404N 2290Kv 9.2g 3.5A 160g Thrust Outrunner
Servos: 2 x hxt500 5 g servo for aileron and elevator
esc: hk 10amp esc
batt: Turnigy nano-tech 370mah 2S 25~40C Lipo Pack

how this was done? just wack! draw the side view and cut 6 mm depron foam. and start adding parts. here are photos of the process:

Haha balsa will be more difficult to cut lei. Need a lot of skill haha

where got need a lot of skill

you only need a sharp penknife

if it can cut foam it's definitely good enough for balsa

note that to look better, you may have to buy triangular balsa stock

Haha but since i have so much spare Depron around, I'll try this first.

Actually i do have some balsa around, but dont have ideas on how to use it yet. Shall try in due time
