sad to hear it crashed, glitches are scary... i kena a few times... the thing jerks suddenly in mid air while hovering, i think i goona invest in one of thouse 2.4 ghxz transmitters when i got the cash.. crash sux..

China forum have given very good review for the Aplus V2 (SJM V2), but the HK forum review not that good. Still waiting for some local flyer review.

I needed some help..

You have to use the antenna sleeve to route the antenna as out from the body as possible. Ben, sad to see your glitches, if you have problem with fixing your rotor head, we have spare V2 ones, and see if we can fix for you...

In actual fact the review in US also not very good, har! Heli is too small and sensitive. according to one thread, it says this heli is not very well build. though fully metal build but the design and engineering of it is lacking greatly.

woohoo! got my aplus up and running again. changed feathering shaft, main gear and main shaft. blade tracking is still a bit out, causing some vibs. finally figured out how to adjust the tail blade pitch, now piro rate has increased. also exchanged the aplus esc with a new one from skyhobbies, great service! going to bishan this sunday?

Here's what happened,

I was hovering in my living room. its very stable actually, i wonldnt do this with my trex!.
Next thing i knew, there was a loud bang and my heli dropped to the floor.
My lipo bat was "ejected", hit my sofa. Lucky no damage!
One main blade has seperated from its blade grip, broken at its mounting hole.
Bent flybar, some linkages and main shaft.
Tail blade missing a chuck.

Other damages,
A bought in thailand floor lamp from sis-in-law as a wedding gift..

I was lucky, it didnt hit me or worst.. my LCD TV!

I think i will lay off from this little "monster" for a while...

that's a floor lamp, and I do the house chores all the time anyway .. heh..
